I've been doing some serious failing at updating

my ballpoint pen ran out and had to use pencil, then a random gel pen which made my sketches look kinda funny

so I've been working mostly and getting away from drawing because at work I Zbrush all day and after work I'm a big videogamer. New transitions and phases is all! Zbrush is great of course, so I hope to supplement some sculptures with drawing/concepting and vice versa. Tonight in Orange County it's supposed to rain or something? So if this were east coast (north of course) technically it might be a white Christmas ;3 oh well, take care all

yeah ew I re-did the old redridinghood because I thought it was kinda good before but that I could do better, and looking back on it now... I'm favoring this new one (top) This is the first time I actively went back to a piece of mine and sought to re-draw/paint! It makes me want to go back to others... :)

pencils re-do of my past red riding hood image, to re-color.. and I misplaced the large file of the other one hehehe... and then Taki fanart from Soul Calibur 4. I suppose I feel obligated to be excited about it coming out soon :)

if anyone out there reading this plays soul calibur seriously, I'm interested in getting some people together to play in SoCal area, since everyone else that plays is like in Norcal and SanDiego... here I am in the middle! bah

Spent a couple of hours on this sketch last night for my Production Design2 class at Gnomon.. I guess this is the cute one. I've been ordered specifically to create a scary, creepy monster for next class! So we'll see how that goes. Nothing that time, reference and photoshop won't solve I imagine though.

My coloring on The End League has gotten sooooo much faster! It's really exciting to realise when you get to that point where you are just making decisions (hopefully mostly good ones), and putting stuff down because of a tight deadline, or the fact that I want to draw and paint for Gnomon, so I have to force myself to be quicker but smarter.

Updating with stuff - just 2 of the clown designs here, line drawings.. turnarounds and color and others to follow (ah the first guy not so clowny yet, majority is in color/pattern of pants, and a face on his stomach.)

I made some time to ask myself if I was able to draw still so I opened up Painter and Photoshop to see how that went. This is what came out in about an hour - some pretty effed up stuff has went on before and this image came to mind first.. hmmm maybe I should put in a background!~ lol <3

So what have I been doing? Well I was trucking along doing concept work and all that for classes at Gnomon, and now I'm coloring issues of The End League for Darkhorse and Eric Canete is drawing the stuff. Here's an article - http://forum.newsarama.com/showthread.php?t=156587
