Arms up

Here's a quick sketch before bed...

November was pretty awful ~ ahhh :(

Figures

2 and 3 minutes in Santa Monica figure drawing session, and last page in my current sketchbook randomness I put in last night at Drink and Draw.

Today is also my dad's 50th bday!!!! he's on east coast, and I don't see him much, so among other things I'm sending him this filled 8x11 moleskine sketchbook. I can't lie I'm gonna miss it!!! lol it's my favorite one, but someone last night reminded me I will fill many more in my lifetime... so true

anywho happy 50th bday dad

Janelle

lunch doooooodle

Janelle Monae, she's such a character :) and great singer, check out her stuff

Last Eric Black lunch, meeting sketches, a doodle

I'm starting something new with Roger who I stumbled through Wings of Apocalypse with (and learned a lot in the process). I don't know the name yet haha.. :O But that should be fun...

I've sort of watched Ongbak2 twice but don't know what it's about yet... so I may try to watch it tonight (probably not)

UGTL6

Gonna be at UGTL6 Saturday (4/24), these will be there.. + tournament and other awesome stuff. Just follow the link if you are interested in more details ~

BDAY AND LONG BEACH COMIC EXPO

Haaaay*

My birthday is tomorrow (2/20) and also I'll be at Long Beach Comic Expo with Eric Canete selling some prints, just a few ~

I found this sketch to go along with the theme haha lucky me. Pro tip: I like cupcakes

MANBAT

DC's Manbat ... done for Studio Central blog with the theme of Batman haha :) Manbat trying out Batman's job, but not successful o_o

In other news I've been playing Tekken6 sorta late in the game, and I'm hoping some of the moves will come into my artwork :D Some Tekken fanart is in order I think!

Ewww

yeah ew I re-did the old redridinghood because I thought it was kinda good before but that I could do better, and looking back on it now... I'm favoring this new one (top) This is the first time I actively went back to a piece of mine and sought to re-draw/paint! It makes me want to go back to others... :)

pencils re-do of my past red riding hood image, to re-color.. and I misplaced the large file of the other one hehehe... and then Taki fanart from Soul Calibur 4. I suppose I feel obligated to be excited about it coming out soon :)

if anyone out there reading this plays soul calibur seriously, I'm interested in getting some people together to play in SoCal area, since everyone else that plays is like in Norcal and SanDiego... here I am in the middle! bah
